Strong research shows that professional learning \u201cdone well\u201d is essential to engaging front-line educators in the action-oriented partnerships needed to implement equity-focused practices with quality and at scale.<\/p>\n<p>A new report from ATD, Online Learning Consortium (OLC), and Every Learner Everywhere\u00ae (ELE),\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.everylearnereverywhere.org\/es\/resources\/teaching-learning-equity-and-change-realizing-the-promise-of-professional-learning\/\" data-uw-rm-brl=\"false\"><em>Teaching, Learning Equity and Change: Realizing the Promise of Professional Learning<\/em><\/a>, shows that community colleges and Minority Serving Institutions (MSIs) want to build this essential infrastructure \u2013 but need help in doing so. New data and voices from the field document the status of professional learning, including best practices, strengths and gaps, and steps for improvement.<\/p>\n<p>Join us in a webinar with the report\u2019s authors and Dr. Isis Artze-Vega, Provost and Vice President of Academic Affairs at Valencia College and a national leader in professional learning.
