ASU Remote 2022: Achieving academic transformation through faculty communities of practice

Faculty communities of practice are an effective way to provide faculty professional development and give faculty a safe space in which to unpack their experiences in a quickly changing higher educational landscape. In this session, leaders of various faculty communities of practice discuss what works and what doesn’t and how your institution can move away from one-and-done workshops to a deeper level of faculty development and academic transformation.

Presenters: Michael Brokos, Program Manager at the APLU and Susan Adams, Associate Director of Teaching and Learning at Achieving the Dream
