In this three-month engagement, university decision and policy makers participate in a series of biweekly facilitated workshops with APLU and its network of digital learning experts to support equitable student success by effectively strategizing and developing digital learning action plans in the areas of: leadership, budget, and policy; course design and delivery; evaluation and analytics; student success for digital learning; professional learning policies and programs; and technology infrastructure. University leaders will receive additional guidance and training to complete with their colleagues a set of workbook activities in the abovementioned development areas.
