- November 13, 2025 | 2 PM ET
Join us for a powerful and practical panel discussion featuring college students who are using AI tools to overcome barriers and enhance their own access to course materials as well as enhancing access for their peers. This webinar, hosted in partnership with Northwest Higher Education Accessibility Technology group (NWHeat), invites faculty, librarians, instructional designers, and learning support staff to hear directly from students about the real-world ways they’re leveraging generative AI and other emerging technologies to navigate learning challenges, adapt inaccessible content, and advocate for others by developing AI tools that increase accessibility.
Attendees will gain insights into:
- The unmet accessibility needs students often face
- Creative and resourceful ways students are using AI tools
- What educators and institutions can learn from student-led innovation
- How to support and guide ethical, effective AI use for accessibility
Whether you’re new to AI and accessibility or actively working to improve inclusive learning environments, this conversation will offer an eye-opening look at the intersection of student agency, technology, and student success in higher education.
